      Comments
Large hard slab in Two Dogs in Days Fork. This avalanche was reported to the UAC (photo courtesy of Danny Woodbury) and most likely it ran early in the morning on Friday, January 3. Trigger unknown. A skin track had already traversed the ridge above these two slides so the trigger may have been cornice fall, remotely triggered, or just simply realeased naturally from the strong southwest winds.
There is an adjacent slide in Upper Days, and it is possible one of these avalanches sympathetically triggered the other.
Dimensions are estimates.
